Skateboards and Hoverboards
In the interest of safety in the lobby and auditoriums, skateboards and hoverboards are not allowed on venue property. For movies only
Our policy is to support the MPAA ratings system. Here’s what that means.
For films rated “R” by the MPAA:
- The Beverly Theater will not sell tickets to any person under the age of 17 (18 where applicable).
- A person must be at least 21 years old in order to purchase multiple tickets without providing additional photo I.D. for additional tickets.
- The purchaser must also attend the movie for which the additional tickets are purchased.
- Patrons 17 to 20 years of age may only purchase more than one ticket if they are able to provide photo I.D. for proof of age for each additional ticket being purchased.
- Children under the age of 6 years old will not be admitted.
- Managers may empower Ushers to check for photo identification if a guest appears to be underage and is holding a ticket for an “R” rated feature.
- Tickets can be purchased online, or an individual may purchase tickets directly from the box office. It is important to remember that the admittance procedures still apply to those individuals that make purchases.
Venue employees may be stationed at the entrance to the theater when playing MPAA rated “R” films to check tickets and photo identification for all who enter to prevent minors from improperly entering.
The Beverly Theater reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone that cannot present valid photo identification along with a ticket for the proper show time of the “R” rated film.
The Beverly Theater has implemented metal detectors to enhance the safety and enjoyment of everyone. So, please give yourself ample time. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the time written on your tickets for both movies and concerts.
The metal detectors are at all entrance points. And the process is similar to what you’re used to at major stadiums and arenas. Before passing through the detectors, all bags, hats, cell phones, cameras, tablets, computers and any large metal items need to be removed and shown to the attendants. Belts, coins, keys and wallets on the other hand, can stay on your person or in your pockets.
The Beverly Theater does not permit indoor smoking. NRS 202.2483 makes it a misdemeanor in Nevada to smoke in many indoor public spaces, including non-gaming areas of casinos. Smoking now includes not only traditional cigarettes and cigars but also e-cigarettes and vaping. The punishment for smoking in non-smoking areas includes up to six months in jail and/or up to $1,000.
Covid-19 Entry Protocols
We do not require proof of vaccination, negative COVID-19 test or masking to enter our venue.
Please note that these policies may change in accordance with any local mandates. In addition, certain shows – at the request of individual artists or tour management – may require masks to be worn, proof of a negative COVID-19 test, or proof of full COVID-19 vaccination for entry at the request of the artist and/or tour management. If applicable, these requirements will be listed on the event pages of The Beverly Theater website or ticket purchasing websites. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending events at our venue will not be exposed to COVID-19.
Attendee Promise & Health Acknowledgement
All attendees agree to follow venue policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the venue. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the event. By entering the venue, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements.
